As American lifespan rises, longevity risk has become a big topic, with much discussion revolving around concerns that we’ll outlive our money. Another interesting way of looking at the longevity challenge is the span of healthy years you’ll live–not just your overall lifespan. In this clip, noted speaker and author Joe Piscatella discusses the importance of this concept. He’s president of the Institute for Fitness and Health, which consults on workplace and community health programs with a number of major corporations.
