I’m writing a column on this topic, and decided to post the question to my network on LinkedIn. We’ve got a fairly lively conversation going on, and you’re welcome to join and add your suggestions and comments. Or, leave a comment on this page. I’m planning to boil down the best suggestions to a 650-word essay, but that won’t do justice to the richness of this discussion!
